Dwayne is the pastor in charge of Wellspring Church in Charlotte NC that he founded in 2007. He serves as a pastoral director with the Acts 29 Network. Dwayne is, besides being pastor, is enthusiastic about educating the younger generation. He is part of the board of directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition.
