Melina Kanakaredes

Melina Kanakaredes (born May 25 of 1970) is an American actress who is best recognized for her role as detective Stella Bonasera on CBS's police procedural drama CSI: NY, Dr. Sydney Hansen and Lane Hunter and Dr. Sydney Hansen on NBC's Providence drama, and the medicine drama The Resident. She received critical acclaim for her role as Eleni Anderson Cooper in her debut television appearance on CBS' soap drama Guiding Light. 15 Minutes Percy Jackson and The Olympians The Lightning Thief and Snitch are among her most notable movie roles. The Wheel of Life by Elisabeth Kubler Ross, the creator of the Immortals film Immortals has been adapted for the large-screen. The actress will work with Vlas Parlapanides and Charley Parlapanides. The actress is currently filming the upcoming show Gods & Heroes.
